Wuthering Arts – 97 Main Street, Haworth

Young Artists Competition for December 2020.  Go to our news and events page to find out more.

shop-picshop-pictureWe are excited to announce that as of 29th October 2016 Wuthering Arts is now operating as a gallery and gift shop on the historic cobbled Main Street of Haworth.

The new premises is known locally as ‘The Smallest Shop’ in Haworth – with good reason.  However, every aspect of space has been maximised and it is packed to the gills with original artworks as well as a range of printed items depicting original Wuthering Arts images.

We stock a range of cards; original prints ranging from A5 to A3 – we are able to provide larger prints at A2 and A1 to order; mugs; coasters; placemats; chopping boards and key rings.  We also stock a range of other items complementary to the creative arts, suitable across a range of ages and abilities from 3 to 103.    For example, Loxley fine art kits for those budding artists who need some support through a printed canvas;  painting and drawing  by numbers;  high quality adult dot to dot and colouring books from Querkles;  quality interactive books for younger artists.  Our prices start at £2.00 for an original print bookmark up to £1000 for an original painting.  The majority of the printed items e.g. coasters, are produced by us, at home, in Haworth.

Since our initial opening we have been featured in the BestofBritish.com listings and in the August 2017 Yorkshire Life magazine.

Please follow us on our facebook page @wutheringarts to keep up to date with our events and happenings.   Our shop on Haworth Main Street is currently closed.  We are not sure when we will be open to the public again as we are such a small space that we need to consider safety first.  We welcome enquiries through our website or facebook and will post items out on request, although we have no plans for an on-line shop at present.  George is still creating new paintings and undertaking commissions.  Here is a link to a recent video that we made which reflects the way we feel currently and hopefully captures some of the mood of our times. https://www.facebook.com/wutheringarts/videos/1902521543216493/

We hope that you all stay safe and well in this challenging and worrying time.
